Our stance on AI: make the people you have essential.
The most useful thing AI does for a business is make the people already in it better at the job — taking the busywork off them, not the job itself. Here’s the long version, so you can tell whether we’re your kind of consultancy before you pick up the phone.
A note from the founder
We’ll help your team do better work with AI. We won’t help you cut them.
Start with the person, not the org chart. When we sit down with a team, the question we’re asking about each role is how to make that job easier to do well — and how to get far more out of the same week.
Here’s what we actually see: the valuable work isn’t the problem. People know what they were hired to do, and mostly they’re good at it. What eats the week is everything wrapped around the job — copying between systems that should already talk, drafting the same email again, building the same summary every Friday, reading through errors to write up tickets. AI is genuinely good at exactly that layer. It’s also a second pair of eyes on finished work, catching what slips past a tired person at four in the afternoon.
Take that layer off and something simple happens: people spend more of the week on the part you hired them for, they catch more, and they go home less worn down. That’s the whole point — a better week, doing the work that matters.
So, concretely:
- We will find and automate the repetitive work eating your team’s time
- Hands-on training for your people, in their real workflows
- A plain answer on what AI can’t fix — and what to leave alone
- Results measured in hours given back and mistakes caught
- All of it said on the first phone call, not after you’ve paid us
If that’s what you’re after — your people better at their jobs and gladder to be doing them — it’s the reason we do this at all, and it’s worth a phone call.

What this means in practice
It changes how the work gets scoped. We start with the tasks people would be glad to hand over, in pieces small enough to prove out one at a time. Guardrails come with the AI work, so your team knows what’s fair game and your data is handled the way you need. And when plain software is the honest fix instead of AI, that’s what we’ll recommend.
“When I’m looking at a person’s role, what I’m looking for is how to make their life easier, how to make them 10x more efficient. Some companies will want to replace that person; I want to make them essential.”
Kyle Fuller · Founder, The Software InitiativeIf that’s how you’d want it done, the AI & workflow page goes into what that work actually looks like.
