We make your systems talk, so your people stop retyping.

We connect whatever your Omaha-area business already runs on, so data moves itself instead of somebody retyping it into a second system. If it has an API, we can connect it.

What we connect

Every one of those is an integration problem, and integration problems have known fixes. We connect whatever your business already runs on — and when a system doesn’t have an API, there’s usually still a pragmatic route. What matters isn’t which brand of system you’re on; it’s how many times the data gets retyped on its way between them.

  • ERP and accounting sync — orders, invoices, and inventory in step
  • E-commerce storefronts connected to fulfillment and back office
  • Tax, payment, and fulfillment services wired into your flow
  • Custom APIs — so your own software is something others can connect to
  • Scheduled jobs and file exchanges where that’s the honest fix
  • Monitoring, so you hear about a failed sync before your customer does
Recent work has included: ERP and accounting sync, tax services, and payment and fulfillment systems — across more than twenty years of .NET work connecting third-party systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

How an integration project runs

Small, defined, and finished — integration projects are the best-behaved projects in software when they’re scoped honestly.

1

Map the flow

Where the data starts, where it has to end up, and every keyboard it currently passes through.

2

Connect one seam

The highest-pain connection goes live first — usually the one somebody retypes every day.

3

Harden and monitor

Retries, alerts, and logging, so the connection is something you trust rather than something you check.

What retyping actually costs

Every retype is a chance for the data to go wrong.

Double entry costs more than the minutes it takes. It costs the mismatch nobody finds until month-end, the order that went out wrong, the count that is right in one system and wrong in the other — and the afternoon spent working out which one to believe.

Connecting the seam takes away the retyping and the errors that came with it, and hands the person who was doing it their week back.

Straight answers

Which systems can you connect?

If it has an API, we can connect it — modern ERP, accounting, e-commerce, warehouse, tax, and payment platforms all do. The first conversation usually settles feasibility in minutes.

One of our systems is ancient and has no API. Are we stuck?

Usually not. Older systems often expose a database, file exports, or reports that can be automated against. It’s less elegant and we’ll be upfront about the trade-offs — but retyping is worse.

What does an integration cost?

Less than most people fear, because good integration projects are small and defined: one flow, one seam, done. We’ll give you a real range after mapping the flow — and if the honest answer is a cheap off-the-shelf connector, we’ll point you at it.

Will it keep working when the connected systems update?

That’s what the hardening step is for: monitoring and alerts mean a broken sync announces itself, and support means someone owns fixing it.

Tell us what’s slowing you down.

The first conversation is free — an hour with your team, no charge and no pitch deck. You’ll get a straight answer about whether we can help, including when the answer is no.
